Terms & Acceptable Use

DJ Decks is a tool. This page explains the rules for using it. It is not legal advice — if you're unsure whether your use is permitted, consult a qualified attorney.

Your content & your responsibility

DJ Decks processes audio entirely in your browser — nothing is uploaded to or stored on any server. You are solely responsible for the audio you load and for how you use the results. By using the app you confirm you own the audio or have the rights/permission to process it.

Acceptable use

Not permitted

Your mixes & recordings

The recorder captures your master mix for your own use. A DJ mix blends copyrighted recordings, so sharing, uploading, streaming, or performing it in public typically requires licenses from the rightsholders (and, for public performance, the relevant performing-rights organization). Getting those licenses is your responsibility.

Privacy

All processing is local. Your audio, its separated stems, and any recordings never leave your device. Tracks you add to the library are cached only in your browser.

Software & models

The app and its bundled models are provided under their respective open-source licenses. No copyrighted music is bundled with the app.

No warranty

The app is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. You use it at your own risk.
